It was a Victoria Beckham YouTube party on a Sunday night, and I was really letting loose because it was my fashion show the day before.    ‘So I’d completed this runway show, and kind of birthed it, and it was really I was, I guess I was elated… so I was drinking quite a lot!  ‘I was standing in the corner and Tan walked in and I screamed, because I love him, and I’ve literally just been watching Queer Eye. So when he walked in I was like, Ah! and he heard me and I ducked under the DJ booth and said to my friend like, “Oh my God, how embarrassing”.  ‘Then he came over and said “I heard that!” So that’s how we met,’ she laughed.  By the end of the night, the pair had got on so famously that Tan asked to collaborate with her on the new show… not that she remembers that bit.  ‘He mentioned something about a show but I haven’t done for years and years and years,’ she explained. ‘So, I don’t remember being told that.’ To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video    ‘She was too drunk to realise what I was saying!,’ Tan laughed. ‘I think she was like Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, and then the next day she was like “what?!”’    Thankfully, even sober thoughts had her realise this was a good idea, and soon the show was born – which in our eyes is as wholesome as Bake Off (except a lot more tulle and a little less whisking).    The 10-episode series is currently reigning high as one of the UK’s top 10 Netflix shows of the moment, as the intense setting sees quite literal blood, sweat and tears shed in the name of creating perfect runway looks.  Next In Fashion is available now on Netflix.'
