'Phoenix Fashion Week\'s 13 Emerging Designers and Top 40 Models took the next step in their journey to fashion week with the annual Shop Garment District event hosted at the chic Hotel Palomar Phoenix - A Kimpton Hotel in Phoenix on Friday, August 14, 2015.   This event also doubled as the Runway Challenge for our #ModeloftheYear Top 40! Makeup by PHXFW Style Team / Hair by Toni and Guy.'
