'Growing up close to her father the late fashion designer, Dimitris Parthenis Orsalia Partheni has always had fashion in her DNA. Her inner passion for the arts led her to study History of Art and Architecture at Brown University and Columbia University, while part of her curriculum also included Modern Culture and Media and Film History. After completing her studies in the US, she continued her studies in London at the Courtauld Institute of Art earning an MA in History of Dress, while getting to know fashion history behind the scenes of some of the greatest museums in the world such as the V&A. Her professional career started in the multinational publishing house of Vogue, ‘’ Conde Nast’’ while from 1996 she is at the creative helm of Parthenis fashion house. However how important is fashion and the way it is promoted in today’a society? Orsalia Parthenis explains how we can manage to rebrand fashion after covid19 and how we can get in touch with customers holding on to authenticity and creativity.
