'The speaker of parliament, Rebecca Kadaga has emphasized the need for the youth to acquire life skills. Kadaga believes, acquisition of life skills such a tailoring is vital in tackling high rates of unemployment. She made the remarks at the “Seeds and Threads” a fashion event in Kampala organized by the Italian embassy and AVSI an Italian funded NGO.'
