'Harry Styles, Kate Moss, Rita Ora, Sienna Miller attend the British Fashion Awards'

'(2 Dec 2013) STARS TURN OUT TO FOR THE BRITISH FASHION AWARDS It was a night of glamor in London Monday (2 DEC. 2013) as stars arrived for the British Fashion Awards. Those walking the red carpet at the London Coliseum included Harry Styles, Kate Moss, Sienna Miller, Rita Ora and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. \"I think British fashion is doing so well at the moment,\" said Styles.  \"I think you can see that through how successful British Fashion Week\'s been the last few years and yeah, I think it\'s nice to just kind of support British designers and stuff.\" Styles was a regular at this year\'s British Fashion Week shows in London, though he says he still doesn\'t see himself as a fashion aficionado. \"I don\'t think by any means, no. I think I just like what I like and I don\'t really know that much, just kind of everyone likes clothes and I like clothes I guess,\" he said. And it seems he won\'t be making the transition from music to fashion, like Victoria Beckham successfully managed. \"I did Design Tech for a bit at school and I wasn\'t very good at it,\" he explained.  \"I\'m not very good with a sewing machine, so probably not.\" Fashion icon Kate Moss will receive a special recognition award at the event in celebration of her 25 year career and continued influence on the fashion industry. Terry and Tricia Jones, who founded style magazine i-D, will be given the Outstanding Achievement Award for their contribution to the fashion industry. Fashion editor Suzy Menkes will also receive a special recognition award. \"Well you know I\'m very pleased,\" said Menkes on the red carpet.  \"I can\'t say I\'ve had so many awards and it\'s very nice to get one from England, which is my native country even though I travel all around the world.\" The British Fashion Awards were established in 1989 to celebrate the work of British designers, creatives, models and style icons.
