Phone: (512) 445-5582 https://www.umlaufsculpture.org/  Austin Top 10 Influencers  Legend Already Made https://www.instagram.com/legend_already_made/  Dir / Shot / Edited By  WalkAwaySmilin  https://www.instagram.com/walkawaysmilin/  Song   Secret Conversations  [Music] y\'all with slam legend already made one of the top ten influence in Austin Texas and welcome to the unloved garden Wow the worst of this lamb legend already made one of the top ten it was an Austin Texas I\'m president of the board at the coulomb hi I\'m Aaron I\'m here to support the hemlock big fan I\'m Sara story I\'m the executive director here in the garden [Music] so I do PR here in Austin with a company called red band communications we focus heavily on consumer and lifestyle it\'s my half of the house done so I\'m off is one of our big clients and we\'re super excited to be here than I am [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] absolutely yes try anything can you tell us a little bit about yeah absolutely so this is our little mini quiche let me see which one you\'re holding oh you have our ham and cheese quiche the ones here that are gonna be these little ones right there that\'s our tomato cheese and herbs de Provence so very good then we have our caprese done a little bit differently and then we have the mini brioches so we have the brioche with oh my gosh not Rosemarie what\'s it called Abdul Pavan with ham then you have your salmon and then your standard B Osman campus lizard it\'s brioche and ham what\'s that brioche is the type of bread it\'s very buttery it kind of melts in your mouth go for it  this is a salad Parmesan meets olive bread cranberry bad bread in it hey you tell us a little bit about it yes we about I\'m ish Hirschfeld you might feel so yeah we\'re so we were out of a tonic restaurant downtown part of Elm Restaurant Group and today we just kind of have a selection of Italian meats Parmesan fresh mozzarella with olive oil basil cherry tomatoes nuts olives I\'m it\'s an easy tiger bread which of course is one of our favorite local bakeries [Music] world pineapple grilled onions rose jalapeno house-made guacamole and house-made pointers [Music] our vegetarian lettuce wraps reticulatus right we have some special sauce here they like to put special so that\'s a little bit about sure that free chicken lettuce wraps has shiitake mushrooms in it water chestnuts and ground chicken stir-fry all that together with a dark sauce and a go PHX thank you and you tell us a little bit absolutely it\'s our avocado just pulled on the cut of this our shrimp and refers to Chipotle and drags on top one of my favorites special to our catering it\'s our all economist [Music] absolutely a we\'re honest experts yes thanks yeah so this one right here is lagoon New York and it\'s the Tempranillo plant from Spain from 2013 is the reserve and what\'s the name of Oh so these are the six wines from twinkly curds for the garden party so far guys I have ate so much good food I\'m telling you if you\'re not at the room laughs right now you\'re definitely missing up well guess what they throw these kind of parties well I guess every once in a while so the next time they throw it you better not miss out [Music] [Music] [Music] that\'s crazy so what is this yeah I thought Dicey\'s done Wow [Music] thank you [Music] Danny yes yes can you tell us a little bit about moonshine moonshine Pettibone grill we are a comfort food restaurant here in Austin and we like to take traditional favorites and put our stuff we have here is we got our shrimp and grits New Orleans style it\'s got a little claw so ham it\'s got cheesy grits with green chilies a little peppers and corn blackened shrimp a Creole spice crouton a little New Orleans barbecue sauce [Music] and what\'s the cup was it good are hey what\'s up oh good good out [Music] II Murata and what\'s it called yes we did we got regular actually editor all killing tomato I got mine so our signature item the Florida stone crab claw never owned Fisheries off the coast of Athens for it and what will the Isle of Capri we\'re doing all-you-can-eat on Monday nights until 8:00 it seems the crab season runs from October 15 to May 15 but tonight we\'re enjoying the Hokkaido scallops [Music] [Music] so children carnitas from the Royal Court we\'ve got three different sauces just love an arrow sauce on there that\'s not that\'s not gonna burn your face off it\'s pretty spicy and then this tomatillo and avocado salsa and then we have our salsa verde'
