'Don\'t forget to LIKE! SUBSCRIBE! COMMENT! A simple old recipe very easy to make... Tools needed: 1. Bundt pan 2. Electric mixing beater or stand alone mixer 3. Spatula 4. Measuring cups Ingredients needed: 1. 5 eggs 2. 1 cup of unsalted butter 3. 1 tsp of salt 4. 1 2/3 cups of sugar 5. 1 lemon zest whole 6. 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 7. 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract 8. 2 cups of unbleached flour ( King Arthur\'s) Mixing process: Butter & flour bundt pan ( I used Pam butter spray) Beat butter & sugar together until pale & creamy about 5 mins. Beat in Lemon zest, lemon juice, & vanilla Add the eggs one at a time, beating until combined after each addition. Fold in the flour & salt mixture in two batches, mixing after each addition until well combined, be careful not to over mix. Spoon the batter into the bundt pan & bake for 45 to 55 mins oven temp may vary Cover your pan loosely with aluminum foil if cake starts to brown to quickly. ** Remove cake from oven to a wire rack for 10 mins & then okay to plate & serve.
