'Victoria Justice Talks Friendship with Bachelor Peter Weber'

'“Extra” spoke with Victoria Justice at the Alice + Olivia Fashion Show in NYC, where she discussed Peter Weber’s season of “The Bachelor.”   Justice shared of her friend, “Every time I watched the show, it’s kind of weird because we grew up together, in a sense… We’ve been through a lot of stuff together… I’m still getting used to the fact that Peter is the Bachelor.”   She also dished on her Valentine’s Day plans.
