'#msbrendadee  HELLO EVERYONE!! I\'VE BEEN SEARCHING THE INTERNET FOR A BACK IN THE DAY POUND CAKE RECIPE. I\'VE FOUND THE EXACT RECIPE THAT TAKE MY MEMORIES BACK TO WHEN I WAS A CHILD. THEY SERVED FOOD  AT FAMILY REUNIONS AND HOMECOMING SERVICES. I COULD NOT WAIT TIL  I WAS SERVED A SLICE OF POUND CAKE.  I\'M SHARING THIS RECIPE THAT BRING BACK THOSE MEMORIES. LOVE ALWAYS, MS BRENDA DEE   Homemade Pound Cake  Preheat Oven @325  3 Cup of All Purpose Flour or Cake Flour 3 Sticks of Real Butter  2 1/2 Cup of Sugar 6 Eggs (Room Temperature) 3 Teaspoons of Baking Powder  3/4 Cup of Whole Milk 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt (If using unsalted)  Directions: Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. (In a separate bowl). In a mixing bowl. Add butter, milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix these wet ingredients together. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients. Mix all ingredients together for 20 mins. Spray pan with baking spray or coat pan with butter and flour. Fold cake batter into cake pan and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 1 hr. 20 mins. Remove from the oven and set on a wire rack. Let cake set in pan for 20 mins. Remove from pan onto plate or cake platter. Ready to serve.
