'Before Jamie Lee Darley became a fashion model on CBS\'s \"Victoria Secret Fashion Show,\" and before she went to UC Santa Barbara college where she played on their volleyball team for several years, she was a high school athlete. A very GOOD high school athlete. These are highlights from her senior year volleyball and basketball seasons in the fall of 2003 and early 2004. She was one of the main hitters on the volleyball team, and was the starting center in basketball. Her basketball team won the league championship for the first time in a quarter century. Another rising model, Quinn Vandenberg (you can Google her, and you will find her at the LOOK modeling agency) was on her volleyball team. Her picture has been on many billboards in the San Francisco area the past few years. She is the tall girl featured in the Carmel High School Fashion Show 2005 Highlights that you can find elsewhere on my YouTube page. She is the very first person shown, and appears many times throughout the video. As you will see from that video (which was taken the year after Jamie graduated), Carmel High School has a great sense of fashion and style (thank you Mr. Wright!). Also on Jamie\'s basketball team was Tyler Moran (#22) who went on to a four year career with a division I college basketball team, and Michelle Meyer (#23) who after graduating from Stanford, with distinction, has been running competitively, and was the overall female winner in twelve races from the fall of 2009 through July 2010, including the Oakland Marathon: http://results.active.com/pages/searchform.jsp?rsID=90449'
