'FashionTT wants to set up a Garment Production Facility in Trinidad and Tobago. They issued a RFP and as a result selected Raymond Wong\'s proposal to set up the GPF. However, some local designers have some concerns with the proposed management of the facility. I spoke to Raymond about his plans for the GPF, and then to Robert Young of The Cloth about his concerns.'
